1Register an Account
- Click on the “Register an Account” button above.
- Insert a username that is distinct and easy to remember.
- Use a password you can easily remember or keep somewhere safe.
- An activation link has been sent to your registered email, open email and click on the link to authenticate the registration.
2Hire Tailor
- Select your preferred tailor to complete your outfit. It is advisable to chat with the tailor to ensure he/she understands the assignment. (Don’t include deliveries in your conversations. Mongarr’s Delivery partner handles delivery and pickup of fabric).
- The next page shows breakdown of price. Add extras where necessary.
3Paying for Service
- Depending on what option is available to you, pick any of the available funding options.
- You can choose to pay using “Credit” or “Paystack”.
- Using “Paystack” option, fund your account with any of the options available on the Paystack payment options.
- To confirm your payment has been successful, please ensure you see a successful page with an assigned “Invoice No” and order details.
4View your gig
- Go to your newly created job to see details of the order.
- You can chat with the tailor throughout the period of the order, or possibly raise a dispute where necessary.
- You can select “Back to my order list” to see all orders active within your dashboard.
