You will need to send your accurate body measurements as indicated in the body-measurement chart. If you need this done for you, we can make such arrangements at your conenience. 

Our tailors rarely miss their deadlines, but where this happens reach out to Customer Support. Usually you will get a commensurate refund. Our tailors are aware canceled orders, your reviews and rating will influence his/her future orders. 

Please raise a dispute and tell us what the faults are and we will take it up from there. Please don’t let anything slide, because that’s the only way Mongarr can become the freelance platform to find elite and reliable tailors.

Mongarr in conjunction with its partners near your city will take up deliveries (both pickup and drop-off). Once an order is created, Mongarr will contact you directly and be responsible for pickup of your fabric and delivery of you outfit upon completion.

Once you’ve confirmed your order via payment, Mongarr is notified and will initiate fabric pickup (where necessary). Once the fabric is picked up your time starts counting. We will let you know when the fabric arrives at the tailors.

Yes please! Ask for update on your clothing during the course of your hire. Mongarr is required to give feedback on this queries.
